Congratulations to these six talented athletes from Spearfish High School as they sign their letters of intent to continue their athletic and academic careers at the collegiate level. Sevanna Thompson – Soccer at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling Colorado. Elyse Bloom – Archery at Mount Marty University. Elouise Adams – Track and Field at the University of Nebraska Kearney in Kearney, Nebraska. Avery Kirk – Track and Field at Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado. Hunter Walters – Football at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. Jack Branum – Baseball at York University in York, Nebraska. The student athletes share their excitement about their chosen colleges and the factors that led to their decisions. They discuss their academic majors, the support from family, friends, and coaches, and reflect on their journey in sports from childhood to now. Watch as these Spartans take the next big step in their educational and athletic paths. The signing ceremony was at Spearfish High School on February 12, 2025.
