The Spearfish High School football program held its eighth grade signing event on March 23, 2026. Head coach Tom Tieszen and upperclassmen discussed the program’s core values along with team standards like staying positive, showing up consistently, and protecting the team’s image. The evening wrapped up with the eighth graders signing their letters, which will be displayed on plaques with helmets upon completion of the program, followed by time to connect with older teammates and meet position coaches.
