TR Chytka’s Western Bronzes at the Black Hills Stock Show

Bronze sculptor “TR” Tony Chytka walks through several of his current projects, including a bucking horse piece created for the previous champion at the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale and a detailed auction scene honoring longtime South Dakota auctioneer Dale McPherson, ahead of the World Livestock Auctioneer Championship that will be held at St. Onge Livestock in St. Onge, South Dakota, June 17-20, 2026.  He also shows a rugged design destined for a bareback riding champion in Billings and a gentle cow-and-calf sculpture called “That Time of Year,” which can be customized with a rancher’s own brand.  These works are on display throughout the stock show at his booth in the center of the Rodeo Zone ice rink.
