Nine Spearfish Spartan Athletes Sign College Letters of Intent

Nine Spearfish High School seniors marked a major milestone by signing letters of intent to continue their athletic careers in college.  Asher Peil – Football at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.  Taylor Vitto – Track & Field at Black Hills State University.  Adelyn Bouman – Volleyball at Black Hills State University.  Lauren Peotter – Women’s Soccer at Black Hills State University.   Daniela Rodriguez – Women’s Soccer at Black Hills State University.  Tabatha Zandstra – Volleyball at Mount Marty University in Yankton, South Dakota.  Mia Durdall – Track & Field at Black Hills State University.  Jackson Coauette – Football at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Dakota.  Laythan Lucas – Football at Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota.  The signing ceremony was at Spearfish High School on February 11, 2026.    Cover photo and interview by Tim Potts.
