2019 Newell Festival of Trees with Vivian Sjodin

Visit with Vivian Sjodin about the 2019 Newell Festival of Trees. All proceeds will be donated to the Newell Ambulance and Fire Department. This year’s event is on Saturday, December 7 at the Newell City Hall. The Tree Preview is from 9 to 4. Complimentary lunch at 11:30. Holiday Festivities with Santa Claus and Annelise the Magnificent 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Entertainment 2 to 3 p.m. with Stacey & Orion Potter. The Hew Haw Show is 3 to 4 p.m. The Tree Auction is at 4 p.m. and also the opportunity to bid during a live auction on 2 guided hunts-deer or antelope for the 2020 season plus a taxidermy head mount. There will also be many silent auction items to bid on. The Dark Rising Band plays from 8 p.m. to Midnight at the Newell City Hall with a cash bar. Admission to the Newell Festival of Trees is 2 cans of non-perishable food for the Newell Food Bank. Doors open 9 a.m. at the Newell City Hall.
