Martina Loobey has been busy since being crowned Miss Rodeo South Dakota. Since the Miss Rodeo America Pageant has been postponed till next year, Martina will carry over her title for another year. Martina Loobey was in Belle Fourche on the Sunday before the Black Hills Roundup for the Cowboy Church.
