Sturgis Brown High School celebrated several seniors as they signed their letters of intent to continue their athletic journeys at the college level. Hayden Rock signed to play basketball at Mount Marty, while Jude Lagner committed to South Dakota School of Mines for track and field. Wrestlers Josiah Drummer, Kelson Dirk, and Tyler Baldwin all chose Dickinson State University, and Brooklynn Baird will wrestle at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Kaylin Snow signed on with the University of South Dakota for cheer. Each athlete shared thoughts on their next steps, from academics and team culture to the support of coaches and family that helped them reach this point. The group reflected on putting in consistent effort and enjoying the process along the way, marking a strong close to their time as Scoopers. Interviews by Tim Potts.
