Fred Wilson reviews an historical photo at the Tri-State Museum in Belle Fourche. Fred’s uncle Charlie and his grandfather Fred Wilson were among the Seth Bullock Cowboys at the inauguration of Theodore Roosevelt on March 4, 1905. Black Hills Roundup visitors are encouraged to see the display at the Tri-State Museum, 415 5th Avenue, just off highway 85. Locals will also see that the entire museum has been refreshed.
