The Spearfish High School cross country team closed out a solid season with notable achievements on both sides. The girls secured their fourth straight conference title and edged out a sixth-place finish at the state meet in Huron. The boys snapped a decade-long drought by claiming the conference crown, overcoming tough competition, and aimed high at state.
