
Sturgis Brown High School’s competitive cheer team capped off the year with an eighth-place finish at state, marking a fresh school record under coach Brooke Wuebben. Seniors Kathleen Cook and Kaylin Snow, along with sophomore Lola Anderson, shared thoughts on the mix of new talent and veteran drive that fueled their success, from clinching the Black Hills Conference title to pulling together through injuries and changes.
